I have decided to start posting a "question of the day" to my followers and fellow geneabloggers. I hope this will spark conversation in the community and give us a chance to take a break and chat.
So here it is - the question of the day for Friday, March 26:
Q: Are you doing anything special for the upcoming census? Have you been thinking about the significance of the census, and imagining what it will be like when your descendants see it?
A: I'm thinking about having a special dinner the day we fill ours out, and writing very clearly and neatly with a nice pen. It probably sounds odd to the ordinary person, but we genealogists understand how important it is to have a clear and accurate record! I am excited to fill out the first census that will show myself, my husband, and our baby daughter together!
Anyone else care to comment and answer the question? I would love to see your answers!
